Hibiscus Tea
Want a refreshing tea that doesn’t have caffeine? Try hibiscus tea! We love the red color and it is delicious hot or cold.
1/2 cup hibiscus tea flowers
2 tablespoons raspberry leaves
4 cups simmering water
1 tsp honey
Place the tea flowers and raspberry leaves in a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot water over them and steep for 5-10 minutes until bright red. Strain into a pitcher. Stir in the honey. Serve hot or chill and serve cold.
