Wine Masters Class at Kendall Jackson Winery

I was fortunate enough to photograph an assignment for the marketing team of the Culinary Institute of America. The Wine Masters Degree Class was visiting Kendall Jackson Winery in Santa Rosa, CA.

Here are my 3 favorite things about this winery.

  1. First is their dedication to lower their impact on everything from energy to water.

  2. The second is the farm-to-table dining area. Chefs prepare a delicious meal using all of the organic produce growing around the table and it is paired with the Kendall Jackson wines. We got a wonderful lecture on pairing wine with vegetables. Hint: it is all about the color.

  3. And third is the wine education garden where you can taste and smell all of the flavors in red and white wine via herbs and fruits that are growing.
