Mushroom Omelet Video

If you love omelets, mushrooms, or eggs, take out a fork!

Here is a fun project using organic eggs, artisan cheese, local chef’s mushrooms, and fresh herbs. The omelet is made in the “French Style” where eggs are stirred constantly and the filling is folded in. The result is a mouthwatering, fluffy, creamy omelet that encases sauteed mushrooms, red peppers, and cheese and it is topped with fresh chives.
