2 Favorite Dinners
I love to find new ways to make a healthy, fast meal. Here are the two I created recently.
The first is a sheet pan dinner where you simply put sliced veggies and chicken in the oven, wait for it to cook, and then add more fresh veggies.
The second is what I call the big salad. It is a way to use up all the leftovers while creating a huge appetizing and healthy salad dinner. We all need more of those, right?
