Luxury Skincare Photography: A Frozen-Treat Campaign for Lather
Some shoots are all precision. This one was all play. Lather makes some of the most luxurious organic skincare out there, and for this campaign we got to do something genuinely different. I headed to their location and teamed up with their graphic designer and creative director, and together we styled and shot the products as if they were frozen treats, turning rich creams and lotions into ice cream and freezing them into popsicles. It is the kind of concept that only works when everyone is in the room building it together, riffing on styling in real time until each shot lands somewhere between elevated and irresistible. Even with all that creative play, we kept the pace of a full production, capturing over 100 images in a single six-hour shoot on location.
Keeping It Cool: A Cheese Shoot for Wisconsin Cheese Company
Cheese is one of the most beautiful and most unforgiving things we shoot. It sweats, it softens, and it changes character the second it gets warm, so when Wisconsin Cheese Company came to us for their special package rebranding project, we built the whole production around temperature control, keeping every wedge, wheel, and slice cold and camera-ready right up until the moment it hit the set. The real challenge, though, was scale. Over two days we photographed more than 150 images and tracked more than 60 SKUs across three product families, with their team joining us live on Zoom to approve every setup in real time. Each family got its own styling direction so the collections felt distinct, and every product was also shot clean on white for packaging, listings, and retail.
Dairy Queen Campaign for FIFA
Colle McVoy hired me to capture images for their client, Dairy Queen, for the FIFA campaign featuring global Blizzard flavors. This exciting project included lighting and shooting on studio sets, as well as capturing talent on motion sets. I really enjoyed working on a project with such a talented team and vibrant creative direction!
Photography Meets Regenerative Farming
We had the pleasure of partnering with graphic designer Savannah Copeland and the marketing team at Big Tree Farms to create a fresh image library showcasing their new logo and packaging design. Throughout the project, we learned about their regenerative farming practices in Bali and the journey behind their signature coconut sugar products. From organic sweeteners to flavorful sauces, the product line offered plenty of creative inspiration for the shoot. We loved bringing the refreshed brand to life through vibrant, crave-worthy imagery and are excited to share a few of our favorite captures from the project.
GoodGood Branded CPG Library for Multiple Channels
When GoodGood launched its new label designs, we partnered with the digital marketing team to create a robust content library that celebrated each jam variety through its unique brand colors while keeping the product front and center. Guided by a Milanote vision board, we developed a clean, graphic, and playful collection featuring diverse hands, fresh flavor cues, product pairings, branded lifestyle moments, and package-forward hero images. In less than two days, our three-person team produced more than 160 photos using a Phase One medium-format camera, Broncolor sunlight strobes, and real colored surfaces. Designed for use across Amazon, Costco, Target, distributor websites, social media, and ecommerce platforms, the library gives GoodGood a cohesive visual toolkit that is both versatile and instantly recognizable. The fan favorite? The adorable new GoodGood strawberry baby jar, photographed at the perfect moment during Southern California's peak berry season. 🍓
Dot. Dot. Delicious.
Sometimes the best content happens at the very end of a shoot. With just 30 minutes left in the day, we gathered a colorful cake, a drizzle of Sue Bee spun honey, and plenty of playful dots to create a quick test reel inspired by the viral dot cake trend. The result was a bright, cheerful piece of content full of summer energy, vibrant color, and sweet movement. We love how simple ingredients and a little creativity can turn into something so eye-catching, proving that even a last-minute idea can become a standout asset for social media. 🍯🎂☀️
