Who Wants A Brownie Sundae?

Ghirardelli brownies, creamy vanilla ice cream, rich chocolate sauce, and fresh strawberries come together to create the ultimate brownie sundae. We had a blast in the test kitchen perfecting this decadent spring or summer dessert. The result? A mouthwatering collection of lifestyle and food photography, a full-length video, and a playful, engaging reel—designed to capture the sweet joy of every bite.

Brownie Sundae

Ingredients:

  • 1 batch of your favorite brownies (homemade or store-bought), cut into squares

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in quarters

  • Chocolate sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Bake brownies according to your favorite recipe or package directions. Let them cool, then cut into squares.

  2. Assemble the sundae:

    • Place one warm or room-temperature brownie square in a bowl or sundae glass.

    • Top with one scoop of vanilla ice cream.

    • Drizzle generously with chocolate sauce.

    • Arrange fresh quartered strawberries over the ice cream.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
