Apples and American Vodka

This tempting fall drink can be made and kept in the refrigerator. It is made from 2 kinds of apples and Tito’s handmade American vodka.

Here is the recipe:

Apple Vodka

  • 2 red apples, cored and cut into slices

  • 2 green apples, cored and cut into slices

  • 4 sticks of cinnamon

  • 4 whole star anise

  • 2 pieces sliced ginger

  • pinch ground nutmeg

  • juice of two lemons

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 bottle of Tito’s handmade vodka

Directions:

Arrange all the ice, fruit, and spice in a large mason jar. Squeeze the lemon juice over the apples. Pour 1-2 bottles of Tito’s Handmade Vodka over the apples. Infuse the apples and spices for a few hours or days until you are happy with the flavor, then strain off the apples, and keep the apple-flavored vodka chilled! Garnish each glass with a thinly sliced piece of seeded apple.

Here is a gif that shows how easy it is to make this delicious fall craft cocktail. Look at how we finished it with a pretty shot glass and a thin slice of apple. Just fill a jar with apples and vodka. Add cinnamon, star anise, lemon juice, and vodka. Enjoy!
