Raspberry Ice Cream

My studio has a new ice cream compressor. Check out the romantic raspberry ice cream, our first edition! The ice cream recipe was created with just 4 simple ingredients: Fresh raspberries, natural turbinado sugar, sea salt, and heavy cream.

Check out all the tempting ways you can garnish and serve it, along with all of the digital assets we created.

Recipe: 2 cups raspberry puree, 2 cups heavy cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar, pinch fleur de sel (sea salt). Mix together and freeze in an ice cream freezer. Keep covered in the freezer until ready to serve.

I was Executive Pastry Chef for two Hyatt Hotels and Resorts before completing two post-baccalaureate certificates for Visual Art and Graphic Design at U.C. Berkeley Extension in San Francisco.
