Yellowstone NP

Yellowstone is my favorite National Park. Even though I have been many times, the park constantly changes and evolves beautifully. You won't be bored; from large mammals to gorgeous bubbling geysers and even a grand canyon, there are so many features!

The fall is a great time to go. The weather is good, the crowds are thin, and the animals are fat and in rutting season.

From top to bottom: Norris Porcelain Basin with close-ups of the heat-loving microbes and mudholes, Mammoth Canary Spring, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone at Artist Point, Lamar Valley’s animals, including baby bison holding birds and a herd of prong horn sheep in the rutting season.
