The holiday prime rib roast was a favorite. The Seasoned Prime Rib roast is so easy and looks fantastic.

The chicken can be marinated and roasted to a juicy finish before slicing up for a feast.

I was Executive Pastry Chef for two Hyatt Hotels and Resorts before completing two post-baccalaureate certificates for Visual Art and Graphic Design at U.C. Berkeley Extension in San Francisco.
