Special Visitor In Studio

We had a lot of fun on our monthly test shoot day. After making Green Grinch Cookies, we noticed one cookie was missing! Who do you think took it? Scroll below after watching this super delicious recipe! Thank you to my great assistant who played our Grinch and helped with all of the fun!

Green Grinch Toll House Cookies

Ingredients:

2 sticks of unsalted butter (8 ounces), room temperature

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp matcha powder

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 packages (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream the butter and sugar together until it is fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the eggs one at a time with the vanilla and matcha powder. Scrape the bowl and add the dry ingredients and chips. Mix well. Scoop the cookies onto parchment paper on a baking tray. Bake the cookies at 325 degrees until done. It helps to put a tray on the top tray to shield them from browning too much. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
