Tia Amelia Sauce from Peruvian Restaurant Nazca Mochica

Nazca Mochica, a Peruvian restaurant in Washington DC’s Dupont Circle, received the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand award. They want everyone to experience their cuisine at home with their Tia Amelia sauce. We were honored to be the photography studio of choice to help them launch this delicious sauce bottle.

Dishes included: Loma Saltado, Shrimp Stir Fry, Arroz Chaufa, Vegetarian Stir Fry, Pan Fried Strip Steak, and Tallarin Saltado.

The shoot was virtually directed on Zoom by their designer, Robert Preston, and Chef Walter Lopez. My studio prepared, styled, and photographed all dishes.
