On The Cover of Edible East Bay Magazine Winter 2024

I got an email from Cheryl Koehler, publisher of Edible East Bay Magazine, who wanted to use this image on the cover. It is one of my favorite still-life shots! But she also wanted to use a recipe that used these ingredients. So I whipped up a Holiday Fruit Carpaccio using persimmons, pears, walnuts, and pomegranate arils. Check it out:

There is also a great recipe photo by me for ricotta with pesto.

Enjoy! Check out the winter issue online for the recipes and to see more creations.
